Whether you’re new to performing or looking to strengthen your connection with audiences, this interactive workshop is designed to help musicians build confidence and develop a stronger stage presence.


Led by Lee Waddingham from Acting Lincs, the session will explore practical performance techniques to help you feel more comfortable and authentic on stage.

Together, we’ll look at ways to tell your story through performance, enhance audience interaction, and bring greater confidence to live music settings.

This workshop is ideal for musicians of all genres and experience levels who want to grow as performers in a supportive and creative environment.

About the facilitator

Lee Waddingham is the founder of Acting Lincs, a growing CIC in Lincolnshire dedicated to supporting acting development, confidence and performance skills through workshops, training and creative opportunities.


Lee is an Actor, Writer, Director and Producer with 29 years professional experience in theatre, film and television. He has over 200 individual professional productions to his credit and has produced and created shows starring Oscar, Bafta and Olivier Award winners. He has previously worked at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, The BBC, Ambassador Theatre Group, Selladoor Worldwide and RED Entertainment. His latest venture, Acting Lincs, shines the spotlight on Lincolnshire Based professional actors whilst also offering training to adult intermediate and beginner level actors.
