This week at Minnehaha Park we are hosting Prior Lake Brass, a variety group. "We play a HUGE variety of music: marches, light classical, Broadway show songs, waltzes, polkas; all connected with an entertaining narrative and vocal solos by our MC, who is a retired metro area high school choir director and accomplished actor." Since 1892, Music in the Parks has provided residents and families opportunities to gather and enjoy local music throughout the summer. Since its inception thousands of free concerts have taken place. Concerts are weekly and vary from classic rock, hip hop, international, funk and many more genres of music.
