"Coal Aly is an 11-piece cover band based in State College, PA. We are a diverse group of musicians comprised of many ages and backgrounds - brought together by a love of music and performing.
A broad chart book with three vocalists and a five-piece horn section allows us to play virtually anything. Favorite hits from the likes of Chicago, Stevie Wonder, Steely Dan, ABBA, Amy Winehouse, and more make it very hard to stay off the dance floor!
Why a five-piece section? For one thing, we can't fit any more horn players in the studio. More importantly, it gives us that old-school live horn band sound that's so rare these days. It means we're more than just another cover band, we have something special to bring to the table."
