A resoundingly famous name in New Zealand music, Rikki Morris headlines the bill, returning to the stage with his new solo album. He’s supported by party-starters Automatic80s, newcomer Oni Kidman, and Brother Sister.First up, whiz kids Brother Sister channel their passion for throwback 80s culture into their uplifting blend of electro-driven synth pop. Then step into the thrilling world of AutoMatic80s, where the hits of the 80s come alive – from bands like Human League, Simple Minds, Duran Duran, Blondie, Culture Club, to artists like Kate Bush and Robert Palmer.
Inspired by the new wave of fearless country music songwriters over the past decade, Oni Kidman comes from a family steeped in Aotearoa music. Her dad is Rikki Morris and her uncle is Ian from Th' Dudes.
Our headline act is Aotearoa’s own Rikki Morris. With over 35 years in the music industry, Rikki has won New Zealand Music Awards, the prestigious APRA Silver Scroll, NZ Radio Jingle Awards, and written and performed a New Zealand number one single.
