Learn how to come up with an idea, find your ‘North Star,’ choose a rhyme scheme, form a great hook, and then leave humming a brand new song that you helped create! Bring a pen & paper so you can take notes and use what you have learned to write your own masterpieces.

Bobbi Berracah is an award-winning songwriter, vocalist & entertainer. Originally from Maine, Bobbi moved to Nashville in 2021. In 2022, she was hand-selected by the producer of a songwriting competition show to be one of 8 songwriters to represent the US in a US vs Canada showdown. Bobbi began her songwriting journey more than 30 years ago and enjoys sharing her original music (as well as her ukulele ‘Fancy’) in songwriter rounds in the Nashville area, including at the well-known Commodore Grille. She is also on the roster to share her originals at the Shoals Riversong Music Festival in Sheffield, AL this spring. Several of Bobbi’s songs have received awards from organizations such as the DownEast Country Music Association and the North American Country Music Association, Intl. (NACMAI). On several occasions
Bobbi has been recruited to teach seminars for NACMAI during their annual competition week in Pigeon Forge, TN. Most recently she spear-headed a Songwriter Breakout Session at NACMAI as well as gave a talk on ‘AI in Songwriting.’
When she isn’t performing her originals, Bobbi performs in the local cover band ‘Playback’ as well as fronts the Adele tribute act, ‘29 & Holding.’ Though she is comfortable in front of a large crowd, Bobbi also enjoys the intimate experience of teaching a ukulele class for seniors each week and performing at senior residences throughout the Nashville area each month. She is looking forward to getting back into the studio later this year to record her originals. In 2024, she released ‘O Holy Night,’ a Christmas album, on Spotify.
