The Lincolns, including their young son Tad, spent quality time together at the Cottage. We encourage you to come make memories here as well! Spend some quality time with your little one at Music Class with Mr. Rob at President Lincoln's Cottage.
President Lincoln's Cottage staff will kick off the morning with a story followed by an interactive concert with Mr. Rob!

PARKING: President Lincoln's Cottage has free parking onsite.
COST: Free! Registration is encouraged, though not required.
Families who come to Music Class with Mr. Rob at the Cottage will receive 10% off in the Museum Store located in the Robert H. Smith Visitor Education Center. There you can purchase:

- Self-Guided Lincoln's Wild Home Tickets (stroller-friendly outdoor tour that allows you to see some gorgeous without the crowds)

Armed Forces Retirement Home
President Lincoln’s Cottage is on the grounds of the Armed Forces Retirement Home. Security for the Armed Forces Retirement Home requires visitors to show valid identification at the security gate in order to enter the property. Please be prepared to show your ID.
Exploring beyond the boundaries of President Lincoln's Cottage is not permitted and results in trespassing on federal property.
DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE ARMED FORCES RETIREMENT HOME PROPERTY.
