About this Event
Why "Making Absurd the Norm"? Ciclops' beers and ciders reflect the character of not only the founding four, but also of staff members who give their all to make CC&B seriously fun. We love non-traditional styles, like Phoenix Ryesing, brewed with charred baseball bats for opening day. We've brewed beers with whole birthday cakes or doughnuts or waffles. We love to create ciders with exotic flavors from around the world, also honoring the simple apple at its core (see what I did there?) But we also take pride in the beer we brew to style, like our hefeweizen, Austrinken. #makingabsurdthenorm means we never take ourselves too seriously- but making good liquid? That we take very seriously.
