From all corners of the world, talented young musicians have found their way to Conservatorium Maastricht to pursue their passion for music. Now they are in the spotlight of the Music Award Maastricht, where a wide range of instruments take center stage and an inspiring theme sets the tone.After a preliminary selection, the top candidates will be chosen to proceed to the final.
An expert jury will evaluate the finalists on their artistic impression, technical skill, and stage presence. Only one finalist will be awarded the coveted main prize. This prize, amounting to €5,000, offers the winner the opportunity to invest in further musical and artistic development, taking the next step in their professional career.
But that’s not all! The audience also plays an important role during the evening. They will decide who wins the audience prize. A sum of €1,000 awaits the finalist who wins your vote and your heart.
The Music Award Maastricht is organised by Rotaryclub Maastricht and Conservatorium Maastricht.
