Music at the Beach is a 10 year old free concert series during the summer months in Rockport MA. This is an all ages family friendly event held at the Band Stand at Back Beach overlooking Sandy Bay. As the concert series has grown from 4 shows to 11 this coming summer our expenses have risen as well. This fundraising event is being held to allow us to continue Music at the Beach. The Hot Tub Piranhas are a 7-piece band that covers a variety of styles within rock-based genres, including Classic Rock, Pop Rock, Rock & Roll, Motown/R&B, Funk/Soul... and more.
Back Shore 500 is a hometown rock/funk band playing a combination of original and covers from the Allman Brothers and many others. The core members of the band have been playing music together since high school, they are Matt Rich (guitars, and vocals), Gil Clark (guitars and vocals), Jackson Renda (Drums) and Lars Nicewicz (Base).
