During this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week, we are highlighting the positive impact music has on our wellbeing.

Sing for Your Supper is a welcoming, pressure-free space designed to support your overall wellbeing through creativity, connection and shared musical experience. Whether you’re performing, listening or simply soaking up the atmosphere, this is a chance to slow down, reconnect and feel part of something positive.
In an industry that often demands late nights, long hours and constant hustle, this event is about slowing down. It’s a space for artists to gather, share songs, collaborate and simply enjoy each other’s company in a supportive environment. This event isn’t about perfection or performance standards, it’s about creating a space where music helps you unwind & express.

Throughout the evening, you can:

We welcome musicians and creatives of all kinds, including singers, songwriters,instrumentalist, producers and performers.

We believe spaces that support wellbeing through music should be accessible to everyone not something people feel priced out of.

This event is free because creating opportunities to connect, express and recharge shouldn’t come with barriers. Music has the power to bring people together and support how we feel in ways that are simple, real and shared and we want as many people as possible to experience that.

If you’re able to attend, we simply ask that you bring your energy, respect the space and be part of what makes the night meaningful for everyone.
