She was awarded the prestigious California Wine Institute Award as a result of her outstanding achievement.
Natalie is also a FWS (French Wine Scholar) and IWS (Italian Wine Scholar), having garnered those certifications with highest honors. She is also a professional violinist, which gives her unique insight into wine and music pairings.

Tae studied at the Manhattan School of Music with the pioneering American pianist James Tocco and Kumi Ogano, continuing on to earn her D.M.A. at the University of Southern California, Thornton School of Music, where her mentors were the renowned piano pedagogues Stewart Gordon and later with Sergei Silvansky.
An active concerto soloist, Tae has performed with orchestras throughout Southern Asia, and California, including the Los Angeles Sinfonietta and the Vicente Chamber Orchestra, and as a passionate chamber musician, she has collaborated with many other prestigious musicians in Los Angeles and San Diego.
