Join Brigitte on a journey into the mesmerizing flow of Brazilian Zouk. This workshop is in Topanga for 2 beautiful Sundays--November 3rd and 10th and explores non-verbal connection, inviting you to experience communication beyond words, where everyone both leads and follows. We’ll tune into the body’s mechanics and senses to create a playful, fluid dance with ourselves and each other. Through a state of meditative presence, we’ll find harmony between body and mind, discovering a sense of freedom and connection in each moment.
Brigitte is an international dance artist, instructor, performer, and transformational movement guide with a wealth of experience spanning over ten countries. Her diverse background includes training at prestigious institutions such as Broadway Dance Center in New York and Faculdade Angel Vianna in Rio de Janeiro.
Combining her extensive studies in contemporary dance, Brazilian social dances, somatic education, contact-improvisation, Bodywork, Yoga, Gyrokinesis, and transpersonal psychology, Brigitte has developed a unique approach to dance. Her original method, Liquid Leading, transcends traditional gender roles and encourages individuals to express their authentic selves through movement.
With a passion for using dance as a tool for awareness, expression, and personal growth, Brigitte creates transformative spaces for people to explore and connect on multiple levels.
