Shannon is a local mushroom educator with a decade of experience. His fungal knowledge and extensive citizen scientist research are in demand by local businesses and universities. Teresa has completed research into the history of mushrooms that can promote better health and has benefited from them personally. She also has a delightful knack for cooking tasty culinary mushrooms.
