Fall is here, and with it a vast array of Fungi! Come learn about the wondrous role Mycelium plays in a healthy forest, identifying features of a mushroom, and some of the most common edible species found in the PNW.- Go for a scavenger hunt on the trails for your own ceramic mushroom! (1 per person)
- Participate in all-ages crafts & facepainting in the Nature Center
- Vendors & a hands-on table exploring edible species in the PNW
Guided Hikes Times :
All hikes will meet at the Friends Circle near the main parking lot.

Guest Ranger Presentation 11 a.m. :
Join our guest Ranger in the Nature pavilion discussing foraging safety, identification and tips for success in your mushroom journey!
Dress appropriately for the weather with good shoes and rain gear if needed.
No admission, however parking passes are required.
