Charlie Steiger is a seasoned mycologist, educator, and professional botanist with over a decade of experience. He is a personal trainer, who is dedicated to inspiring clients to take a proactive interest in their own health, and believes that education and empowerment in living a healthy lifestyle can be made accessible to everyone. He believes that the wisdom of mushrooms to heal and support our bodies is meant to be shared, and thus has devoted his life to offering the skills and knowledge he continues to gain in his work.
