Mushroom and Pasta workshopWhen? April 4th 10-2
Where? At faithful friends farm
What are we learning? We are going to learn all about mushrooms and about their medicinal properties. We will also inoculate a log that you will take home with you, with lions mane mushroom spores. We will also learn how to make homemade pasta with a brown mushroom cream sauce and we will enjoy lunch together.
This was one of my favorite workshops last year. It'll be so much useful knowledge packed into one day. This workshop is $75 per person due at signup.
