Muscles, Meows & Mocktails - A Fundraiser for Tenth Life Cat Rescue

Join us for Muscles, Meows, and Mocktails, a feel-good fitness event that combines movement, tasty drinks, and supporting cats in need.

We’ll kick things off with Problem Area Strength, a class led by Jacalyn Wood, NASM Certified Personal Trainer. This workout focuses on posture correction, resistance, and mobility training for the shoulders, core, back, and hips. Using bodyweight intervals, this “take anywhere” workout helps strengthen muscles that protect areas prone to injury and chronic pain. The class includes a warm-up and cool-down for all fitness levels.

After class, relax with refreshing drinks, including both mocktail and cocktail options.

All proceeds benefit Tenth Life Cat Rescue, a St. Louis nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding loving homes for cats in need, especially those with injuries and special medical needs.
