Muscles & Meals with EJ's PJs

We are so excited to invite you to join us at Muscles & Meals, which will be held on April 25, 2026, at Hummus Fit, 2810 Middle Country Road, Lake Grove, from 11 AM to 2 PM.

This free community day of fun and fitness will feature eating and push-up contests, raffles, music, special guests, and much more! All while supporting EJ's PJs in our mission to bring comfort and joy to little dreamers everywhere.

►About the cause: All proceeds benefit EJ’s PJs, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing brand-new pajamas to children and adults in need. Last year, EJ’s PJs distributed over 6,000 pajamas, and with your generous support, we aim to double that impact in 2026! Muscles & Meals is not only a family-friendly day of fun, but it is a fundraiser for our organization.

As always, we will also collect brand new pajamas in any size from anyone looking to donate!
