Muscle Mommy Workout

We’re hosting a special ladies-only Mother’s Day workout experience—whether you’re a mom, want to bring your mom, or simply want to celebrate yourself, all ladies are welcome. Enjoy a fun, energizing workout together, then unwind with a cold eucalyptus towel, relaxing recovery, and time to connect. Afterward, grab a drink, shop our curated vendors, enjoy a custom goodie bag, and spend quality time with all the girls.

For the workout portion, we will be having a full body workout (good for all fitness levels) led by some of our amazing female trainers at FOCUS.
