About this Event
The mission of this event is to bring women in the local workforce together to share best practices, exchange career stories, and build long-term relationships.

Featured presenters include Gage Huston (Muscatine Power & Water), Jen Craft (UnityPoint Health) and Brooke Fitzgerald (The Restoration Project). The "Cross Generational Voices of Women" panel will feature Meghan Hartman (HNI Corporation), Chelsea Harms (AFC Industries and Cheers & Graze with Charm), Rachel Reed (Muscatine Power & Water), Christine Cole (Stanley Consultants) and Michelle Almandinger (Kent Corporation).
Breakout sessions will touch on topics such as:
- Embracing diversity in culture, background & beliefs in the workplace
- Maximizing productivity and minimizing guilt
- Managing and working with different generations
- Influencing without leading
- Overcoming imposter syndrome
The event will be hosted by Denise Greenhaw (NextGen Motors of Muscatine).
The Summit will also once again host a vendor fair featuring an expanded variety of local curators, artisans, refreshments and services.
