If you've been here a while you'll know that I arrange a visit to one of our local care homes a few times a year. This is a *free* community event, open to all parents and carers with babies and young toddlers and one of the MOST HEARTWARMING things you will do all year 🥹We do a short Bookbug-type session singing some well-known nursery songs and rhymes with a few of my favourite baby yoga moves thrown in for good measure.
After that, you have the chance to mingle with the residents who just LOVE to meet your little ones and have a wee chat (the staff too!) 🥰 It is joyful!
The next date is Friday 15th August at 10am and I would love for you to join me. You don't need to have come to any of my other classes although I do love to see my yoga alumni coming back.
