🇺🇸 Memorial Day “Murph” at Coastal Fitness 🇺🇸Join us this Memorial Day as we come together to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Each year, we complete the Murph workout not just as a physical challenge, but as a way to remember, reflect, and stand united as a community.
Whether this is your first Murph or your tenth, all are welcome. The workout will be scaled for all fitness levels, and our coaches will guide you every step of the way.
We will have three time slots available:

🕣 8:30 AM
🕙 10:00 AM
Open to the public — bring a friend, family member, or anyone who wants to be part of this meaningful tradition.
