Join us Monday, May 25 at 7:30am for our annual Memorial Day Murph in partnership with Health4Heroes.
Murph is a classic CrossFit workout honoring Michael Murphy, who gave his life in service to our country. The workout—1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another mile run—is meant to challenge both body and mind, but more importantly, to give us a small glimpse into sacrifice, grit, and resilience.
This is not just for elite athletes. Anyone can approach Murph. We’ll help you scale every piece—shorter runs, modified reps, banded movements—so you can show up, move with intention, and be part of something bigger than yourself.
We’re proud to partner with Health4Heroes, an organization dedicated to supporting veterans and first responders through health, fitness, and community. Donations from this event go toward providing resources, programs, and opportunities that improve both physical and mental well-being for those who have served.
This morning is about more than a workout. It’s about honoring, remembering, and coming together as a community to do hard things with purpose. Bring a friend, bring your grit, and let’s show up the right way. 🇺🇸
