Join us for a FREE workout!!The Memorial Day Murph is a workout we’re doing to honor fallen service members, especially Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who was killed in action in Afghanistan.
The workout itself is a classic CrossFit challenge:
• 1 mile run
• 100 pull-ups
• 200 push-ups
• 300 squats
• 1 mile run
It’s meant to be tough, but it’s also scalable—so you can modify it to your fitness level or split the reps as needed. Some people even wear a weighted vest to match how Lt. Murphy trained.
More than anything, it’s about coming together as a community, pushing ourselves, and taking a moment to remember the meaning behind Memorial Day.
All fitness levels are welcome—come as you are and do what you can!
