Murph Challenge at Chick-fil-A Elyson 🇺🇸
Who: YOU! Guests must be 13+ to participate.
What: The Murph Challenge is a full body workout in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy, featuring a 1 mile run , 100 pull ups (resistance bands avalible), 200 push ups, and 300 squats. Whether you're going all out or modifying, this event is about showing up and giving your best alongside the community!
When: Monday, May 25th, 2026. Check-in begins at 7:30am. Challenge starts promptly at 8:00am.
Where: Chick-fil-A Elyson (22159 FM 529, Katy, TX 77493)
Workout will take place outdoors.
Attire: Red, white, and blue athletic wear 🇺🇸
Price: FREE
What to Expect:
- Murph Challenge hosted in partnership with Beyond Athletics Gym
- Vendors
- Cold Plunge
- 15% of all Chick-fil-A app sales during the event will be donated to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9182, a local nonprofit veterans service organization.
Suggested Items to Bring:
- Weighted vest (optional, for those completing a traditional Murph)
- Yoga mat (we will provide some, but feel free to bring your own)
- Towel (if you plan to participate in the cold plunge)
- Water bottle
Additional Details:
- Walk-ins will be accepted if space allows; however, participation is not guaranteed without a ticket.
- Tickets are non-transferable
- Only the name on the ticket will be permitted to participate
- If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket so it can be released to others
