Step into nature with health promotion specialist Josh Wayne as he guides us through the living Ph*rm*cy all around us. Discover the medicinal and edible plants and mushrooms thriving in our local landscape. Learn to identify, harvest, and work with nature's gifts to support your immune system and vitality. This accessible walk combines botanical knowledge with practical wisdom—because true immunity grows from our relationship with the earth and each other.

Unlearn what you thought you knew about "good posture" and discover what your body already knows. Stephy Joy introduces the revolutionary Bowspring method through playful, accessible movements that work for every body. Through guided exploration of basic postural principles and tonality, you'll begin to reclaim the natural spring of your body!

This playshop is an introduction to reclaiming our dynamic, resilient posture that supports you in everyday life. Expect some free-form movement, embodied exploration, as practices that integrate mind, body, and spirit. All ages, all abilities, all bodies welcome. Just bring your openness and willingness to play.
