This foundational workshop will gently guide you into the heart of Honohono — a healing practice that restores balance between tinana (body), hinengaro (mind), and wairua (spirit).
Whether you're seeking healing for yourself, your loved ones, or the beings you care for, this workshop offers a deeply empowering and practical introduction to the art of self-healing.
Over two afternoons (4 hours each day), you’ll be supported on a journey of personal discovery and growth, held in a safe, sacred space of aroha.
You’ll Explore:
* Ko wai au – Who am I?
Awaken your inner healer. Reconnect with your essence and begin to understand the power you already carry.
* Empowering Energy Techniques
Learn how to protect, balance, and clear your energy field—and gently support the healing of others.
* Understanding Energy Movement
Work with the flow of energy in the body, learning how to locate and release blockages for deeper well-being.
* Holistic Healing Tools
Explore chakras, colours, tone, and karakia. Learn how to weave these tools into your everyday life.
* Real-World Practice
Gain skills you can apply immediately — for your own healing journey, and to support others safely.
You’ll also be introduced to the tikanga that keeps Honohono grounded, protected, and guided by wairua.
Tea, coffee, and fruit provided each day. We’ll share a potluck lunch to whakanoa and connect with like-hearted souls.
