Each month we welcome a different guest expert, covering topics that matter to mums — from fitness, wellbeing and money-saving tips to work, maternity rights, self-care, and more.
There’s no pressure to share and no expectation to stay the whole time. Come as you are, enjoy a brew, and connect with other local mums.

February Fitness Special
In February, Mums Connected will be hosting a Fitness Special with Leeah, focusing on pre- and postnatal wellbeing in a supportive, baby-friendly space.
This session will include:
- Pre- and postnatal fitness discussions
- Pelvic floor reconnection
- Safe exercises during and after pregnancy
- Building a healthy mindset after birth
- A relaxed Q&A where you can ask questions
This is not about pressure or “bouncing back” — it’s about understanding your body, reconnecting safely, and feeling supported in motherhood.
As always, the session is free to attend and includes free refreshments, soft play, and sensory activities for little ones.
