In our Mums & Bubs/Postnatal Yoga classes, you will learn about yoga, functional movements and breathing techniques to restore and strengthen your postnatal body. Further, stretch and release areas of tension associated with being a new parent. Our approach is tailored to suit your unique post-delivery journey. All our classes are livestreamed for those who prefer to practice at home on a particular day. Suitable for parents with babies aged 6 weeks to pre-crawling.These classes are taught by experienced yoga teacher and mother Emma. She is a certified specialist in Pre- & Postnatal Yoga, and a Certified Body Ready Method pro®. Emma combines her knowledge of yoga, as well as her deep understanding of the connected functions of the pelvic floor, core and entire body to teach useful techniques. Emma’s simple approach will help you gain knowledge to have the best possible post-delivery recovery.
Bonus: You will have access to a postnatal yoga practice video, which summarises what you have learnt over the 9 weeks.
