A gentle, nurturing sound bath created especially for mums and their little ones.
This is a calm, welcoming space where you can soften, exhale and be held by soothing crystal bowl frequencies, while your baby rests beside you. There is no expectation for your baby to be silent or still. Feeding, changing and cuddling are completely welcome.
Motherhood can be beautiful and overwhelming in equal measure. This session is your invitation to regulate your nervous system, restore your energy and connect both with your baby and with other mums in the room.
The sound journey will be soft, grounding and slightly shorter than my usual sessions, allowing space for comfort and ease.
You don’t need to do anything. Just come as you are.

Who is this session for?
This session is best suited to:
💖Mums with pre-crawling (non-mobile) babies
💖Babies comfortable lying beside mum or being held
💖New mums wanting gentle rest and connection
Pre-crawling is recommended so the space can remain calm and safe for everyone attending.

Gentle Contraindications
Sound baths are very gentle, however this session may not be suitable if:
💖You or your baby have uncontrolled epilepsy
💖You or your baby have recently had ear surgery or severe ear conditions
💖Your baby was born extremely premature and is still under intensive medical care
💖Your baby is currently very unwell or has a high temperature
