My Mum and Baby Yoga classes are a unique class that both supports your postnatal recovery and provides engaging baby yoga for your little one.The yoga we practice is gentle, simple and a beautiful way to stretch and ease out all those aches and pains that are so common when holding, rocking and feeding your baby. It is suitable for everyone, whether you have to done yoga or not.
I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you are encouraged to follow your baby's lead and trust you will get whatever you need from each session. Sometimes a full class, sometimes you'll be lucky to even start the warm up and anything in between. And it's all fine!
Practicing yoga together is a great way for you to spend time and bond with your baby and the class will provide a safe supportive space for you to reconnect with your body post birth and help your baby with colic, their digestion, their sleep and development.
There is also always time for a chat with a biscuit at the end so you can get to know each other and make like minded friends.
Suitable from 6-8 weeks postnatal (12 weeks if you gave birth via a C Section) up until your baby is fully mobile and no previous Yoga experience is needed at all.
To attend these classes, you can book a trial class for £9 and then you can purchase a 5 class pass for £40 and book on your chosen sessions. The 5 class pass is valid for 50 days from first use.
Classes are held Tuesdays 10-11am at Ministry of Yoga, 277 Walthall Street, Crewe, CW2 7LE
