The afternoon begins with an informal meet-and-greet, allowing attendees to connect with community members, advocates, and panelists in a welcoming setting.

-Panel Discussion: Awareness, Advocacy & Wellness
A moderated conversation exploring multiple myeloma awareness, future treatment advancements, and the role of movement and nutrition in whole-person wellness.

-Movement & Wellness Experience
The experience concludes with a live demonstration of Orangetheory Fitness’ signature 3G workout, led by an Orangetheory coach. Participation is optional; attendees who wish to take part are encouraged to wear athletic attire.
