This is the third year in a row Theatre In-Balance are organising this multilingual platform of exciting and eclectic snippets of theatre, inviting Swedish and non-Swedish artists to perform in an un-curated medley of drama pieces - all on the theme of the HOUSE ODYSSEY.
In the large black box Bygghallen.
There will be a host of theatre and performance artists, actors, freelancers, alongside a demo on stage of the In-Balance Method created by Mariana Araoz, collaboration with invited theatre company pieces and an appearance by special guests.
Throughout the festival is a focus on physical theatre, object theatre, using the group of drama lab participants Theatre In-Balance has been working with during their residency at Stenkrossen in 2025/2026.
A day of insight, excitement and inspiration in over 6 different languages!
This festival is a part of our 3-year MAXI Residency as Theatre In-Balance at Stenkrossen.

ABOUT THE ©In-Balance Method
The ©In-Balance Method is a method Mariana created throughout her work as a theatre-mask-puppet master, as an actor, writer, director, and pedagogue and she is considered an expert in her field. Currently taught by Mariana in drama schools all over the world, the Method is based on her 30-plus years of experience in theatre and pedagogy.
The focal points of the ©In-Balance Method for an ensemble on stage are:
-Transmission of knowledge
-Service on stage
-Balance of power
-Collective experience of movement, choreography and creativity
- using elements of mask, puppetry, physical and object theatre
