Multilayer Letterpress Posters

In this class taught by Thom, we’ll explore the use of multiple print matrices to build our unique prints.

This will include some basic elements of typesetting, using larger-format wood type, and cover multiple print techniques to achieve your layered effects.

Students will work on several styles of proofing press, and learn the basics of inking and registration.
