Muladhara is your root chakra or your first energy center, located at the base of your spine. It is associated with safety, security, stability and survival.
It governs physical grounding, ancestral, & familial connections, financial concerns, as well as the physical structure of the body. It also holds the energy of our anxieties and fears.
Through Meditation, Sound & Energy Healing and Aromatherapy we will work to unlock, release blockages, release past hurts from relationships, self judgements, negative situations, and energetic cords that no longer serve us.
We will work to align, balance and heal our root centers for our highest good.
We will open ourselves to balance our relationship with security, family, money, and release our fears and anxieties, etc.
In this workshop we will work with essential oils and crystals and make a Root Chakra Aromatherapy Roller ball Oil to help us on our journey and to use at home to continue the work.
This workshop is facilitated by Luna Hacker, a Reiki Master Teacher, Energy Healer, Certified Sound Therapist, Metaphysician and Aromatherapist.
