Learn how to make your own meals in a mug! Breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes will be demonstrated and cooked by participants. We had so much fun cooking together last year that we wanted to do it again! This is a six-week course, participation is expected each week. Space is limited, so register today!Classes will be held at APTIV, in the cafeteria each Friday for six weeks from 3:30-5:00 PM. There is no cost to participants to take this class. This course is intended for individuals with Down Syndrome and related disabilities and their immediate family.
