Join Hemal at Surya Yoga on this journey inward, connecting to the deeper layers within. Experience gentle movement to create body and breath awareness, an opportunity for the mind to slow down. Mudras are hand gestures or seals that are often used in dance, meditation, and yoga. There are numerous mudras to learn and integrate into your practice, we will begin that journey here. The practice will utilize restorative postures with specific mudras and sound to create a shift in energy. Mudras will lead us into mediation, pure consciousness, and peace…..the space in which our true nature resides.
