hand gestures that effect the flow of energy in the body.
Embark on a spiritual journey, learning about mudras and the ways in which they could enhance your self care practice and heal the chakras. Beginning with stillness and breath to bring us back into our bodies and a collective oracle reading to awaken connection to the spirit realm. Moving into gentle yoga poses to ignite stagnant energy, followed by a flow that will create some heat, and ending with restorative poses to calm the body to prepare for rest, integrating mudras into yoga poses that will realign and balance the chakra system. Finding awareness of the energy body and each chakra during a restful guided meditation and transcendental sound bath. Closing with the opportunity to share and decompress in a supportive community before returning to reality.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
