Together we open with mudra, sacred chant, and Reiki-infused presence, awakening the energy within and softening into stillness. Breath becomes prayer, voice becomes vibration, and the body begins to open gently from the inside out.
You’ll be guided into free-flowing embodied movement, allowing intuition to lead rather than performance. A space to release, express, unravel, and reconnect with the wisdom living within your body.
As movement slows, we journey inward through breathwork, gentle chakra-based movement, and meditation, tending to each energetic center with intention and care.
Each month, we will devote our practice to one chakra—beginning with the Root Chakra—moving through the chakra system over time using different healing modalities to explore embodiment, energetic alignment, emotional awareness, and spiritual connection. 🌿
