Muck & Manifest
Come play, plant & pause
Step into an afternoon of earth, intention and gentle connection.
We’ll begin by embracing the muck and getting our hands in the soil as we plant for the farm. Alongside this, you’ll be invited to write your intentions onto seed paper to take home and plant - a growing manifestation of what you’re calling in.
From there, we’ll move into a gentle animal connection followed by a guided forest walk.
Afterward, we’ll gather for tea, a cozy chat and optional card pulling.
We’ll close the day inside the geodome with a soothing sound bowl journey allowing the body to soften, integrate and come into rest.
