LADIES YOU DONT WANT TO MISS THIS CLASS!!!
If you know me, then you know security and safety is my #1 priority. I'm partnering with Fern DeHoyos, Linda Wright-Cale, Stacey Revell & Bobby Peek to put on this amazing Self Defense and Muay Thai class at my home Academy Ambush Muay Thai SA. Food and drinks will be provided. Class will be taught by Muay Thai coach and fighter Astacia Herja. Class will be on 4/18 from
11AM-12:30PM. We have over 20 heavy bags and punching bag stations to sharpen your self defense skills. Please wear your workout gear and bring boxing gloves. If you don't have any, we will have some you can use. If you want to sign up or have any questions, please reach out to Fern or myself. Cant wait to see everyone there!
