About this Event
If you’re looking for a morning routine to get your blood flowing and your heart pumping, this class is for you. In this 60-minute session, you’ll flow, stretch, and perform repetitions at a refreshing morning pace. Discover what MTY Morning Mix is all about.
Class is heated around 85 degrees. Bring a bottle of water, a towel if needed, and a yoga mat. Yoga mats can be rented for $5.
When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and place your belongings in the cubbies. You will be checked in at the door.
