Ready to learn the ropes of Magic the Gathering? Are you a Marvel superfan?! Either way, we're hosting a Learn to Play & Demo Event (Avenger's Academy), and you're invited!
Do you already know how to play? Bring your friend and let us get them addic--teach them to play MTG!
We're offering guided demos and giving away one of the new Marvel-themed Welcome Decks to each new player. Then, we'll give out a FREE Booster Pack to anyone who received a demo or brought a friend!
But that's not all!
After the demo, we'll pair you and a partner (either one who you arrived with, or met at the shop) into a 2v2 game of Magic using the previously mentioned Marvel Welcome Decks!
We'll then reward everyone who played with another FREE Booster Pack!
But wait... there's EVEN MORE!!
The following weekend, during Prerelease, we're hosting a special Two-Headed Giant partnered event! Anyone who signs up for that event will get a Marvel themed drawstring dice bag, AND we'll have special wearable Loki cosplay horns to provide to players who participated in both the Avengers Academy and Two-Headed Giant Prerelease events!
Demos begin at 3:00 sharp, with signups opening 30 minutes prior. Seating and promos will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.
