■ No Downpayment, No Reservation. Reservation is on a "First Come, First Served" basis.
■ Downpayments are NON-REFUNDABLE but NON-FORFEITABLE. Meaning, in case we cancelled, postponed or rescheduled the event, you can either use your DP on the same re-scheduled hike or you may transfer it to other hikes of your choice.
■ Last-minute back out (3 days before the scheduled hike) is considered sold. Meaning, you have to pay the event fee in full.
■ Northwinds reserves the right to CANCEL or POSTPONE this event at any time.
