Who is ready for the third annual Michigan Sober Social camping trip?!We’re heading to Conestoga Campground in Coopersville and will be staying in a group of campsites all in the same area. The campground sits right on the Grand River and has kayaks to rent, a volleyball court, and a swimming pool.
Here’s how camping spots will work:
Each campsite holds either 2 tents or 1 small camper.
If you are okay with sharing a site, your total is $64 for the weekend. You can enter the name of the person or people you are sharing with at checkout.
If you would like a whole site to yourself, your total is $128 for the weekend.
To reserve a spot in our area, payment must be made by May 15.

The campground is holding our section until then.
If you reserve after May 15, you will need to call the campground yourself to see if there are still sites available near us.
At checkout, there will also be an option to make an additional donation to help cover food costs and support the mission of Michigan Sober Social.
We’ll have s’more supplies, coffee, coolers for drinks and food, and some games to play. Feel free to bring your own coolers and games too.
On Saturday, we’ll do a shared meal, so please bring a dish to pass or something to cook. The campground has grills and a pavilion with tables we can use. I’ll post a potluck signup closer to the trip.
We’ll also have a cornhole tournament on Saturday. If you have cornhole boards you’re willing to bring, please reach out to Jessie.
