MSOPA FUNDRAISER “Acting Out!” Projects, collaborates with culturally diverse schools and various organizations in the community to give at-risk youths (in the social system, behavioral problems, or mental illness), and low-income and/or single-parent families, the opportunity to take acting workshops on full or partial scholarship. These workshops help them build their self-esteem, confidence, develop communication skills, learn to work productively with others and just plain have fun!MSOPA is celebrating 32 years of operation and our team welcomes you to celebrate with us at our annual BBQ fundraiser for our “Acting Out!” projects. Join the festivities, complete with great food prepared by Chef Josa, Owen on the grill, Music provided by DJ Gene King, live entertainment, silent auction, raffles, surprises, and guaranteed fun!
