You will learn to master the software and use it to its full potential to establish cost, resource and effectively manage, track and review your projects.

We will show you how MS Project can quickly and simply recalculate these schedules when changes are made in time, cost and resources. As a result you will be to create professional project plans and automate many common tasks.

By the end of the training course you will be able to:

    • Create, amend and print a project schedule
    • Add project tasks, set task dependencies and constraints
    • Add and manage a resource pool and distribute resources to tasks
    • Update a project schedule
    • Print and produce standard reports on a project
    • Integrate and share data with other applications
    • Use settings for different formatting and printing options
    • Track a project’s plan effectively by using tools to monitor the progress of tasks

Is it For Me?

If you are new to MS Project or wish to refresh your knowledge then this course will provide a comprehensive, practical guide to utilising the software and effectively plan and manage projects that involve multiple tasks and resources.

Participants must have a basic understanding of PCs and familiarity with MS Windows. No experience of MS Project is required.
