MS Community Afternoon Tea - Callendar House, Falkirk

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming afternoon tea for anyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis – a beautiful setting that feels a world away from the usual day-to-day rush.

Whether you’re living with MS, supporting someone who is, a carer, friend, family member, or simply want to connect with others who understand, this afternoon is for you.

We’re opening up what was previously a smaller gathering to the wider MS community. The idea is simple. Good company, a warm space, and the chance to chat, share, or just sit with people who “get it.”

There’s no pressure, no agenda to follow. Just tea, treats, and conversation at your own pace.

What to expect:

• A friendly, informal atmosphere
• Afternoon tea and refreshments
• A couple of thoughtful guest speakers, including Anne Marie Gillies, will take us through a mindfulness session, representatives from the Central Carers Organisation, and hear about MS Help
• Chance to meet others from the MS community
• Information about support locally and wider, if you want it

There’s no pressure to share. Some people come to talk, others just to listen… both are completely welcome. We understand that attending something new can feel like a big step. You’re welcome to arrive and leave when it suits you, and to take things at your own pace.

Anyone affected by MS. You do not need to attend with someone or be part of a group. Coming along on your own is completely fine and quite common.
