I was offered my second keynote talk in person and live with The Sisterhood of Salem in May! My talk is called:
Moving From Resistance to Flow: Embracing the Power of Your Intuition
During this session, we will explore how to live in a state of flow rather than resistance in everyday life by learning to listen to the body and inner guidance system.
This awareness supports greater clarity, health, balance, and ease across all areas of life, including relationships, work, abundance, creativity, healing, and personal growth.
We will also explore how to identify what intuition truly is and what it is not.
I’ll be sharing some real-life examples of moments when I followed my intuition and times when I did not, and how those choices affected my life.
You will leave this session with:
▫️ Greater trust in personal intuition and inner guidance.
▫️ Increased awareness of bodily cues that will help participants make better decisions.
▫️ Practical tools for moving out of resistance and into greater flow in all areas of life.
▫️ A sense of permission to honor one’s timing, boundaries, and their authentic path.
