The Chicago Park District's Movies in the Parks returns this summer to present free outdoor screenings on our front lawn. There’s no better way to spend a fun summer night than watching a favorite movie outdoors.
You'll enjoy the evening, framed by our historic building and beautiful Lake Michigan. Pack your picnic or lawn games, and come early to snag the best seats on the lawn.
Parking in the Museum garage is free for Movies in the Parks attendees.

Films begin at dusk (approximately 8:30 p.m.) on the Museum's front lawn and are free of charge. In case of bad weather, the screening will be cancelled.
Park in our convenient underground garage or using street parking nearby. The Museum closes at 5:30 p.m. and will not be open during the screenings.
